I may just be getting old and irritable but does it make sense in this era that Josh Hart is currently playing on TV for the Pelicans with an open wound in the palm of his hand without any type of bandage? He wiped it off and the announcers said "Josh Hart stopped bleeding..." (he never left the game) But this is basketball. And the palm of your hand touches the ball a lot. Everyone's. Even if it wasn't for corona mania what about HIV and other blood transmitted diseases and infections.. I'll get off my own lawn now.

The NBA has a rule that you must exit the game after having a wound, and get bandaged up or covered up.
Had to be an oversight I would think.

And given that the NBA has effectively created a bubble in Florida, I think they are showing that they do take health seriously unlike MLB or many NCAA institutions.
