Lakers - 2 of their 5 national TV games have been against Golden State and New Orleans.

Pelicans - There's no reason anyone would want to watch them.
Rockets - No good reason for people to not be watching aside from maybe not wanting to watch a free throw parade.
Warriors - There's no reason anyone would want to watch them other than to make fun of them.

The Bucks and 76ers have combined to have as many TV games as any of those teams tied for 3rd.

I think ratings were down last year as well, but this year in particular, the national TV games have just been terrible matchups for the most part and they haven't even featured the MVP frontrunner.
