NC State opens -11.5….

Has Cuse played against a pure passing QB this year? Feels like every game was a dual-threat.

‘Cuse +whatever lock of the century

Ridiculously low. I won’t ever bet against Syracuse but that just feels low. This felt like a really tough game BEFORE the debacle last week.

11.5? Ouch. It hurts too much to see that number, I’ll be there in person to see us win.

Guys, Louisville is going to be a game where we look back and go “What just happened there.”

The wind was VERY strong…I would say 15-20 mph all game. It was a VERY cold game (we aren’t used to cold outdoor weather) and a lot of these guys had the flu.

I’m going to hold judgement on what exactly this team is.

We have been competitive in every game this season minus Rutgers and Louisville.

I actually think we shock everyone and beat NC State and Pitt

And I’m usually always negative

I think NC State on the road after such a bad loss is a tall order, but I expect us to be competitive. I do think we beat Pitt at home and still make a bowl. We still have a good team. People thinking that the sky is falling are over reacting.

Do we know for sure several guys had the flu? I have to admit, that thought crossed my mind during the game when we looked so bad after a bye week. It didn't shock me that we lost but the manner in which we lost with little energy did.

I would probably fade the Orange here, unfortunately
This might require a trip to the McDonalds parking lot in Great Bend, PA

It isn't going to be balmy in Raleigh on Saturday.

They lost last year 36-29 while running for three yards and allowing NC State to pass for 300+ and 4 TDs.

My take: I would take Cuse +12.5 or whatever it is. Not saying a win but I think covering makes sense.

I think I’ve heard this betting terminology before, what does fade mean?
To fade means to bet against a team. Sometimes based on a particular trend. It can also indicate wagering against a particularly unsuccessful bettor.

Folks would have made a good amount of money fading me the last month or so lol
