As a Tackle he is used to backing up and not using his lower body strength the same way a center would. Tommy has to be backing up and and because of this pressure up the middle he cant step up into the pocket.. Its so bad now, that a change need to be made at center... I would even try a freshman at this point that is how bad it is.. Sure the tackles get beat occasionally, but the majority of issues can be traced back to Servais.. He needs help from a guard so when teams blitz guess what? Yep they blitz in the gap that's left by the side the guard is helping Servais from.. its a free run at the QB and has been happening all year.. you cant zone pass protect if you need your center to have help most plays becasue he is being pushed strait back easily.. There is no way the OL coach is not seeing this.. its killing me watching it with no attempt at a change even if its just to see what happens
