NC State runs it up the gut 3 straight plays and crowd is finally back into it. Then on 4th down, QB scramble results in NC State player running 9 yards and out at the Syracuse 46. Referee runs from behind the play and overrules the line judge and says he made it the 44 and gives NC State a first down. NC State gets up to the 36 yard line and kicks a field goal as time expires - Syracuse tips the ball, it skips along the turf and bounces all the way to the goal posts and takes a large bounce in the endzone and clears the uprights. ACC officials rule that it counts and NC State wins 3-0. I woke up sweating a bunch and not feeling great.

My real prediction now is Syracuse 3, NC State 0.
