Once the athletes unionize and are able to collectively bargain, it will be interesting to see what the impact will be on scheduling and travel, as those are conditions of the work place.

I am sure they will enjoy having their campus mail read and they wont be able to use many apps they like and their social accts monitored as well.

As campus has few union activities compared to the number of employees, the union thing will be interesting if they go that route.

Will the FB kids get a union and the BB and the Lax or will they get one union? The pay scales will be impossible to figure out. They already have groups making tons more than others how does that work in the NIL world? Just for instance as a campus employee there are limits on what you can do using your campus identity to make money. It would be hard to say the NIL money isn't based on your school once you are an employee of the school.
