This would be similar to the Football Playoff committee announcing only the top 2 in the rankings every week.

It's really quite useless for a team in our position.

Yeah I don't like it. They don't make a decision until season's end, because they have to evaluate the entire season.

Doing anything before then is meaningless. But this could become meaningful, because maybe it changes how teams play. It's weird.

Sort of surprised they assigned regions. Interesting. Will change a lot because there are so many games left including conference tourneys. It works better with football because so many fewer games.

I think it's OK. A few years from now we'll all wondering how we lived without this. Gives everyone a sneak peak and pumps you up for the tournament once the NFL is officially done. They are one and done. Next time we see a bracket it will be for real. If they did it each week like football that would be useless.

The whole thing is absurd, this is just done to try to garner some college bball interest, the top 16 could be different tomorrow, let alone selection sunday.
