Way to go NCAA.
Yep, Tommy Callahan.Didn’t Kansas just graduate a kid that played 7 years of ball?
Haha, take that, nerds!
1000%How I picture Tom Emmert announcing this decision:

The schools should just allow it and tell the NCAA to go eat a D.
An excellent post; yes, the Ivy league cancelled their season causing the athletes to lose a year of eligibilityJust to take the contrarian and probably unpopular point of view on this - while it’s terrible for the student athletes and I feel for them, it’s really the Ivy League who screwed them. Not the NCAA. The Ivy League decided not to play at all last year, despite all of the other leagues giving it a go. Did any other leagues shut down, or was it just the Ivy? I truly can’t remember. But we got through the season last year, albeit with a lot of hiccups. That’s probably what the NCAA based their decision on. It’s unfortunate, but I remember a lot of folks calling the decision ridiculous by the Ivy League last year.
So it this entire fiasco is based on suit wearing individuals at the Ivy League headquarters and the NCAA brass. Both the entities are at fault and have totally overlooked the student athletes. There is no reason that the NCAA can't over rule the Ivy League DOPES that are in charge.Just to take the contrarian and probably unpopular point of view on this - while it’s terrible for the student athletes and I feel for them, it’s really the Ivy League who screwed them.
