I know the coaching staff at Wright State, would love to see this upset win over UVA

It'd be fun to see Santa Clara win, but this would be the first "toss-up" game that's gone my way so far on my bracket.

This one was WILD:

Also, how do you not give Sendek the timeout after SC goes up 3 with 2.5 seconds left? An official has to see that. They sure caught UK's timeout when there was a giant scrum on the floor and they had clean possession for .1 seconds! lol

That travel on the breakaway dunk too.

Also, that loose ball where Garrison just spazzed and threw his hands up in the air. That was nowhere near a foul. lol

Did the announcers even mention the travel on the breakaway dunk? That seemed pretty obvious to me, unless they are saying he didn't have control I guess?

They mentioned that even Gene Serratore, whom always seems to agree with the officials, called out from New York that they missed the travel. LOL

You know it's a bad miss when Serratore is yelling it out in the background!

I just rewatched the ending sequence of regulation of the Kentucky - Santa Clara game.

4 Santa Clara players were too busy celebrating after the 3-pointer went in to put them up by 3 with 2.4 seconds left that they didn't even bother covering anyone on the inbound pass. You have to applaud the good plays both teams made but too many players lose focus in crucial spots.

Ok I was multi-tasking so I missed some things :)

Concur.

I'll give them credit for not having their team run on to the court though.

Although if they have an assistant coach or player run onto the court the officials won't start the play, and you get to set up your defense! You're almost better off storming the court in that scenario.

Watching the replay, Sendek calls the timeout as the UK player grabs the ball - he's still not out of bounds yet - and not one official looks at him at all.

Surprised you can't call for a review on that. Can you imagine how awful that would be if you were a UK fan. You make the three. They replay it. Give the timeout!

Hahaha...it would be funny, but only because UK sucks. :)
