These guys who run the AAU organizations are making good money off of it. I met two guys who do it as their full time jobs. I was blown away. And that's here in CNY!

Europe has it right! They pay the kids at an early age and it gets the sleaze out the game. Why can't a kids summer job be playing basketball? Seriously if you pay the kids at an early age there wouldn't be the need to kiss their a$$ which helps to create the ego maniacs that many of them become.
