It's a two-way street, IMO. There are a lot of really good players riding the pine at the blue bloods that will transfer out, most to the schools that were also-rans in the recruiting race for their services. The roster and scholarship limits aren't going to change. Kentucky, Duke, UNC, etc., still can give only 13 scholarships for basketball and Bama, Clemson, and thatOSU can only give 85 scholarships for football. While there could be one or two stars leaving for a blue blood, there are going to be a lot of "glue" players going the other way. What I've believed since this was first proposed was that a lot of the lesser lights are going to pick up a goodly number of offensive and defensive linemen in football. This is great for the "blue bloods" and players, not so much for all the other schools. Skill position players will be plucked by schools that are losing a top player but still have a good nucleolus.
