NCAA rules regarding off days?

My understanding is that during the season teams have to have at least one day off. Does that still apply in the tournament? If so, I would think the winner of today's game would have to take tomorrow off and travel on Wednesday, leaving limited time to plan for the zone. Or so I'm hoping, at least.

Off day is no practice or game so if you are traveling but not practicing that can count as your off day. Yes throughout the school year student athlets can only practice or play in games a maximum of six days during any one week.
