SOUTHERN 78, SIENA 51 -- This run below is per what if sports. Not every run is the same, random based on sterngth of team in case you re-create. I just used the first simulation for all games.

This was a bit of an upset as Siena was the 6 point favourites and got walloped by a SWAC team which are often the sacrificial lambs in these games.

This was not a particularly close game, so I will not bother with pasting any play by play.

For the purpose of this simulation all teams are at full health.

Also note all games are run as "Neutral", so there is no home court advantage.

UCLA 74, Wichita 67 -- A great comeback for UCLA, down 12 at half they rally to win away at the end. A well rounded performance by the team with no standout perfomers. Prince Ali was key off the becnh with 13 points in 15 minutes. The difference in the end was UCLA shot 53% from three, and Wichita St shot 29%.

Wichita was a very small favourite entering this game (2 points or less)

Southern will now take the long trip across the country to Spokane to job to Gonzaga on Thursday in a 1-16 game.

UCLA will now head to St. Louis to pay #5 Iowa in a 5-12 game on Thursday.

I have decided to accelerate this thing.

The round of 64 will be played tonight and tomorrow, round of 32 on Thursday, 16 on Friday, 8 on Saturday, Final 4 on Sunday, and the Final next Monday night.

Robert Morris 89, Bethune Cookman 75 :

Game was withhin 3, but Robert Morris took a 39-22 run to open an 81-61 lead and coasted to victory in the second half.

Per KenPom, Robert Morris was about a 5 point favourite in this one so the result is not surprising.

Robert Morris moves on to Cleveland to play #1 seed in the first round, where Dayton will be approximately a 20 point favourite.

XAVIER 84, INDIANA 67 in a play in game, between two teams who were slipping rapidly as they entered the tournament.

Xavier took control of this early being up by as many as 29, 41-12, in the first half.

Xavier now goes on to face #6 Houston in Cleveland, in their home state.

Indiana was a one point favourite entering this game.
