ND decision to move the game from South Bend...

Last year, Syracuse lost 4 road games against the top teams on its schedule; LSU, FSU, NCSU and Miami. All were very close games that 1 or 2 plays late in the 4th quarter and SU would have won those games. This year, we played 2 similar games against Clemson and Pitt and lost in the last seconds and overtime. I think that Notre Dame shifting this game to a neutral site is going to be enough to get the team over the top and get a win.

I think it might have more to do with us having half of the crowd.

We fill MSG pretty good I'd really hope that anyone who lives local and has attended Cuse games at MSG or Metlife shows up to this. ND can't sell this thing out they are releasing tons of seats on their official site and resale prices are dropping despite them being undefeated. Every Cuse fan should hop on this if they can physically make it to the Bronx. I just got a 60 dollar ticket with no fees off the ND website see below.

I know it's not popular to say but they are a handful. I don't think they are 4th in the country but their D will easily be the second best D we have seen so far, and their O-line is legit.

We belong and can play with them but this will be a battle.

Their qb leads nation in completion % I think

They are NC State on O with a poor man version of Clemson’s D

We'll see what Books completion % is when he gets the treatment that Finley and Hartmen got.

will be a tough one, but at the very least i want us to show these talking head writers and TV d-bags that WE are the toughest game for ND in November, not freaking Northwestern or USC! And those same talking heads keep saying the game is at Notre Dame. If they did their homework they would see that just means ND is the designated home team, since it was their home game originally. morons. anyway, they will be a handful. First things first, let's dust Petrino

With the exception of that Miami game ND has handled the ACC competition that has come their way last couple years but they also haven't faced Clemson since 2015. Wouldn't be shocked if they struggle a little with FSU like they did Pitt. They are having a great season but I don't think they look any better than they did 12 months ago prior to their trip to Miami where they got spanked. I have a hard time seeing how this game isn't at least very close.

What we really need is our fans to show up and the Stadium to look half orange like ND stadium was half red when they played UGA. That was a really close game and UGA fans taking over likely was the difference.

lol. Finley threw for 473 and 3 tds. I hope Book doesn't get that red carpet.
We'll see if Book is as tough as Finley, I don't think a lot of QB's could have taken that and put up those stats.

Northwestern game was the 1st one that he was under 71%. He's pretty freakin good. We're 41st in the country at 57% allowed. 14th in Sacks. 51st in QB Rating Allowed and 111th in YPG given up. The YPG is fairly irrelevant given our pace and that we've been ahead for most of the season.

Finley was rushed, hit and sacked numerous times and on that interception was driven head first into the field turf covered concrete. Narduzzi called them the fearsome foursome and that;s what they are.

The Antwon Bailey game! I was there and it was freezing and incredible!

I was there as well. I give ND fans credit for one thing. They know how to make and throw snowballs as well as Buddy the Elf.

OMG!!! Thank you so much!! Every time I looked for ND tickets I kept seeing $200 prices for nose bleed seats! I just ordered a $60 ticket. At first it told me none were available but, I kept going back and trying again and eventually was able to add the ticket to my cart.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with the seat direct 50 yard line on the aisle last row of the stadium can stand and move around a little to stay warm. Thats a much better place to watch football than baseball. No fees either 60 on stubhub or ticketmaster = 90 out the door these days.
