ND game 8 on ABC

Does this mean that Herbie does the game? When was the last time he did an SU game?

I am hearing from an ESPN PR SU alum that Army@ Yale or Mizzou @South Carolina for College Gameday on 9-27.

Buying the living social deal. 8PM would be clutch

This is GREAT NEWS. Not great that it starts at 8pm (I have a kid, responsibilities and a family and all) but great for marketing and exposure for the program. HCSS should keep the team FOCUSED on MARYLAND. We win MARYLAND first and this game with ND will get a lot of hype from the ESPN family.

Lets beat MD first, but yeah, i'm kinda syked for this.

When was the last time we were on Saturday in primetime on a major network?

It can't be Florida State 2004, can it? I have to be missing something obvious more recent.

@ USC was an 8PM Saturday game, but not sure what network it was on.

Not sure if you'd count it, since they were just rebooting their college football coverage, but our game at USC in 2011 was in prime time on FOX. (with Gus Johnson on the call)

UConn-Syracuse at the Dome 2010 on ESPNU with the immortal Herm Edwards on the call

Good one as well that game was on FX. That was the day we announced the move to the ACC.

what deal?
$59 for 300 level and $69 for 200 level. It just redirects to ticketmaster so I'm not sure if you have to book through livingsocial.com or if you can go straight to ticketmaster

I am pumped for this. I'd be way more pumped if it was at the Dome and had home field advantage and team could feed off emotion like BC did v. USC. But still great recognition for the program. Many eyeballs will be watching. Beat the terps then worry about competing in NJ.

FX! That was when Fox was first getting into college football.

Cuse.com schedules go back as far as 2001. The Auburn game in the Dome that year was a 9PM Saturday game. Have no clue if that was a national broadcast or not. Also, the game at Washington in 2010 was also a saturday primetime game.

But this will be the first ABC Saturday night game. Have to say that's pretty exciting.
