This is why I didn't have a good feeling about this game.

Notre Dame is prepared. They don't let SU do what we used and like to do FROM THE START. Other coaches would let players play for a few minutes and see what adjustments are needed. But Brian Kelly think 100% that SU is one trick pony. He doesn't think he needs to watch.

Brian Kelly is so sure of himself. He thinks his game plan doesn't need any adjustment.

They scouted us really well. They knew what we were going to do right from the beginning - crashing a defensive end to blow up our snap pass to the sideline on our second play, and then sitting a guy in a zone right where Dungey likes to throw.

I mean, they were ready, and they executed. It was impressive. Lots of credit to them, they came to play for real.

We needed 80 on the ground for Dungey to open it up. Not to lose him and lose every bad bounce possible.

it was amazing how many old, drunk and stumbling ND fans there were shortly after the 2nd half began. went for a food run with little man and there were literally hundreds. the kid kept asking why ND has so many "sketchy fans"

Could be because he hasn't practiced with the first team in three weeks? He was a lot more ready than the receivers and O line were. Conway was horrible yesterday. ND ends were running right by him.
