Serious? Thought our run D has improved a lot and did very well today. Yeah, ‘Ville’s D sucks, but Wake put up 55 on them. They’re capable offensively. And Dortch is an NFL’er. And Colburn is no slouch either. We’re way better than that. 500? Don’t think so. ND will be a competitive game for sure.

I like our defensive line a lot when we bring pressure. I think the unit has been improving week to week. On the other hand, the DBs keep getting banged up.

We did a pretty good job against Wake defensively, but there were times in the game when they were rolling. We can't let good teams get on rolls like that against us anymore if we want to win out.

Agreed. They did get in rhythm at times, but thought Ward adjusted well.

We do tend to hit QBs a lot and force turnovers. Everything else on defense, not so much. Although the the Run D has absolutely improved.

I agree with that sentiment 100%. Stranger things have happened, and we have beaten them twice since 2000, even at our worst. We can be kryptonite to the Golden Domers.
