Nerlens Noel Q&A

Nerlens Noel: The schools that have stuck around are Syracuse, Providence, UConn, Florida and Georgetown.

Tanya Payne: Are any of them standing out to you?

Nerlens Noel: No, they're all pretty equal.

He also says that he wants to win a HS NC. If he wants a college NC that leaves out Friars and GT. UCon might not be wounded. Between us and FL?

If Drum leaves after this year (is there gonna be a draft?) Noel is actually very likely to go UCONN as he will be guaranteed the starting center spot for a big name program.

A big name program in the A-10. I actually doubt that he plays a college game next year. He will be eligible for the NBA, granted there is a season.

how?

how?

Because he will have already graduated high school at the end of this school year, which is why he can classify as a 2012, instead of 2013, but he has stated that he intends on being in the class of 2013. If he graduates this Spring/summer, attends prep school for the 12-13 year, which is the route he says he is taking, he can enter the NBA draft under the rule that he has to be 1 year out of high school. Same situation as Andre Drummond. He was planning on prepping 2011-12 and entering the NBA draft in 2012.
