[*]NET doesn't have a pre-season build in component that impacts things now [*]A factor that has hurt the ACC the past 2 years is that we have teams that totally crap the bed in OOC play, hurting the conference's OOC performance and NET, then they come into ACC playing much better and knock off some teams on the bubble, and hand them bad losses.
