They rebounded 13 of their 39 misses = 33.3%

They got 11 points on 13 O-Rebs = 0.846 points/O-reb

Unforced Turnovers
(Total turnovers – the other team’s steals = unforced turnovers)
We had 8 turnovers – 4 steals = 4 unforced
They had 17 turnovers – 8 steals = 9 unforced

Points per Takeaway
(Points off turnovers divided by the number of turnovers the other team had)
We had 24 points from 17 takeaways = 1.412 points/takeaway
They had 6 points from 8 takeaways = 0.750 points/takeaway

Unsettled Situations
(Effective offensive rebounding + Points per Takeaway: [Second Chance Point + Points off Turnovers] divided by [Offensive Rebounds + Opposition Turnovers)

They attempted 28 two point shots, attempted 15 free throws and were fouled 14 times = 2.00; 1.07
We were more likely to get calls when attempting two point shots and got more free throws out of it when we were fouled.

Comments

- This game was won after the first shot went up. The Red Wolves beat us in “First Chance Points” 24-27 but we were +7 in second chance points, +7 in fast break points and +19 in free throws made. That’s how to win by 30 even when your basic offense isn’t going well.

- Our starters out-scored theirs 58-27. The benches were virtually even at 24-25.

- We sometimes complain about the refs but both teams attempted 28 two point shots, (which is when fouls usually occur) and yet we got called for 14 fouls and they got called for 24.
