But due to the number of such situations (21 vs. 36), we were down in those situation by 8 points, (19-27). - We out-shot Clemson from inside (41.4%-33.9%) and outside (31.6%-20.8%) the arc and nearly matched them from the line (76.5%-80.0%) but didn’t come close to winning. - Did you think the game looked a bit ugly? Fast break Points: 0. For both teams. - The good news: Our bench out-scored theirs 25-7. Who says JB doesn’t develop his bench? The bad news: Our starters were out-scored 30-60. THIRTY TO SIXTY! - We were slightly more efficient in scoring if you use adjusted possessions, (deleting offensive rebounds and turnovers from the comp: 0.982-0.957.
