Comments - Our last four “sit downs” have come on Elijah Hughes treys. - We actually seemed to have gotten tacos on an Elijah Hughes trey with 4:41 left but the refs ruled it was a two during a time out with 3:28 left. I’ve never had my tacos taken away from me before. Fortunately Oshae Brissett gave them back to us with a jumper at 3:06. - Our rebounding in this game was our worst of the season (14.3%) and the gap between ours and theirs (38.5%) was the highest of the season. And we won by 20 anyway. - We’ve been outscored in second chance points 8-36 in the last two games. And we won those goes by a total of 31 points. - In our three game winning streak we ate 161-90 in our opening sets (FCP). - We were 1-5 in last possession points but Miami’s ‘5’ consisted of a play where Buddy Boeheim intentionally fouled because we were not in the 1 and 1 yet so everyone stopped playing but the ref refused to call it and the guy hit a shot and a meaningless OL shot when we were up by 23. - It was a barely officiated game with each team being whistled for fouls only 8 times. Yet it was not a rough or dirty game. Maybe "Jeffersonian" officiating, ("That government is best which governs least"), is a good idea? [/QUOTE]
