- Pitt’s bench out-scored ours 12-26 but our starters out-scored theirs 60-23. 60-23!!!

- Pitt scored 49 points in 70 possessions, an average of 0.700 points per possession. The only worse scoring effort by an SU opponent this year was Bucknell, 0.616. But that’s still better than SU did in the opener in the Dome against Virginia, 0.576.

- Pitt’s +7 shooting efficiency, (points minus missed FG and FT), has been topped, (bottomed?) by Virginia II, (+4) and Boston College I (+5) but also by SU in Virginia I (-12, the only minus figure of the season.)
