Being a Syracuse football obviously means we are very optimistic bunch, I mean hell a lot of us tuned in every week during the GERG error and still thought "Man we have a shot this week, and Robinson hasn't looked that bad at QB". So after calming down I thought about it this way and why it wasn't THAT BAD. If all I told you was we won, we only gave up 10 points (in regulation), they scored on a punt return so we need to work on that, and PTG had 100 yards rushing and a TD, people would be happy. Now obviously it was a lot worse than that but I was expecting this, very good FCS team, senior QB, this was their super bowl and this happens to good teams more than you think. KState lost to an FCS team last year and still had 8 wins and played Michigan in a bowl game I believe. I know we wanted a blow out but when you take a step back and realize we played over half the game with a QB in his first game after winning the backup QB job and won. We are 1-0 and when we have 8 wins at the end of the year people won't remember the score they will remember the other wins this year. This may be the Budweiser talking but I still see 8 wins and GO 'IN ORANGE
