new channel 3 DTV scan

anyone else having issues scanning for the changes wstm made today?

none of my equipment can find the new digital channel

Only my kitchen TV needs to be rescanned. Haven't tried it yet.

i tried on several tvs and it didnt work on my sat box .. but as usual the cnycentral site has almost no method or place to ask whats happening.

so basically channel 3 change the power, the location and the direction of the new channel in addition to the new frequency. many of the people south of the city no longer can get a signal..

this was a pretty big change that no one told people about. much more than just a freq change.

good news it should be up and running again by octoberish

bad news if you are a yankee fan and use antenna to get channel 3 you are missing all those games into the playoffs..
