However, with so many schools now partaking in early recruiting the "market" for late developing prospects is seemly getting smaller. Also, I'm pretty sure the growing list of early recruiting schools (like Notre Dame, Virgina, Duke, North Carolina, Penn State etc..) are not shooting zeros on every freshman recruit.
