I guess those are decent objectives but I frankly think the Sidearm people went after relatively meaningless things instead of more worthwhile enhancements.

The light show thing has been available for years. They are just recreating the wheel there. Nice that they are copying someone else’s idea and I am sure it will look cool for night games in the student section.

Fan rewards has already been done. SUAD did not do a good job getting fans rewards they win. They don’t have the personnel or expertise to do this. Why even try?

Nothing announced to take advantage of 5g. Was hoping to read about a natesly better stats package. A good out of town scoreboard festive. A feature to easily find and review highlights of big plays from the SU game and other big games around the country.

Sofi fans got an option to watch the game from 7 different views. We get regurgitated fan rewards.

Hopefully they will get a little more ambitious and in touch with the fanbase soon.

I'd hope they're not doing out of town scores on the video board in the year 2023. We need the 5G to work so fans can live bet and check scores, post to social media and do whatever else they want... Out of town scoreboards are something from the 90s we do not need to bring back. We just need to make peoples phones work.

I have no idea the challenges that have been involved in designing and implementing this app. I know often there are more issues than you would think, however I have to say that touting an app that provides “easily accessible mobile tickets” in 2023 is like putting “power steering” in a car ad…especially for a venue that’s two years into a “cashless” system.

Getting my mobile tickets into my apple wallet required a masters degree in digital design, an act of god and what seemed like some dumb luck last season. It worked easy this year. That’s an improvement…

I dont think you pay attention to what out of town scores do for bringing energy to a crowd. Have you not been to sporting events where scores amp up a crowd?

Maybe the new app will list player’s height and weight. Wouldn’t that be special ?

Wayyyy back in the day when the scoreboards in the Dome weren't video boards and people didn't have cell phones. Everyone knows what's going on now (at NFL and college stadiums with working wifi)

Reminds me of the hotel billboard off the thruway promoting free cable.

who wants to have to pull out a dumb phone and scroll around to keep tabs of things. unless i want to bet or watch another game I dont want to deal with my phone at a game.

I like having the option to see whats going on one of these days.. but having the scores scroll on a ribbon board is so much easier to glance at and still watch the game.

Why do they do it at nfl/mlb games with such ease and people look at it all the time then?

The founder of Sidearm is distracted with power bestowed upon him via the Chancellor.

My tickets won't go to my Apple Wallet from the Cuse App. I press the button and nothing happens.

Cuse.com tells you NOT to use the app to download tickets. It's right in their instructions.

Maybe after Sept 1, things will be better. Or maybe they'll be the same.

I have t had the need to do this but others have said they’ve had trouble, but is there an easy way of getting your tix out of your wallet to transfer to someone else?

I use the mobile web on my android and have no issue adding to Google Wallet. I bet mobile web is easier for this sadly.

You should be able to transfer from the website.

The app updated on my phone tonight.

Looks like you can now use the app to add tickets to you wallet.
