ABSOLUTELY, the last 10 years there has been a shift to functional training, not just the meatbead approach of caring about squat and bench #'s. SE gets it. Shamarko was training in this fashion , he understood it.

It drives me crazy, haha... I have been looking online for the jacket that Edinger is wearing in the video forever, it simply does not exist in size Large (or any other size really) anywhere.
