In general, I think Dino is confident and content in his position here, enough to not give a flying ef about any questions of nepotism or lack of college experience for Martin.  Dino gets to play half his games every season in a climate controlled environment, perfect for his offense.  Doesn't have to deal with the psycho administrations and fanbases of the SEC, plays top quality competition in the ACC, has the support of the AD, etc.  So, I don't think he pulls his new in-laws out of the state they've lived in their whole lives, just to uproot them a year later.  I think he wants to build something here, which includes building a new pipeline to Texas, a state that regularly produces some of the top talent in the country.  Bonus, it appears that Martin can actually coach.  Just my two cents...
