Previously worked with Fran Brown from 2015-16 as assistant director of football operations.

He has a varied and interesting background.

Associate director of football operations at Temple and Baylor. He is part of the Rhule posse.

Also was the director of football operations for the American Athletic Conference from 2018 to 2021.
