New York State Fair Tickets for Season Ticket Holders?

Are they still giving away free New York State Fair Tickets for football season ticket holders? I recall there was a booth last year but am not seeing any information about this year.

They only had a booth at the fair for the first three days this year. I am not aware of any free NYS Fair tickets.

The fair has changed, craft beer everywhere. How can one go wrong with a Davoili's meat stick in one hand and beer in the other. Cause that's exactly what I did last night and I was one happy man.
