Newsflash to fans of other teams that are reading this board

The only thing I have to say to fans of other teams is that I am very confident if they really read into the allegations, they'll also see how minor the violations were, and how extreme the punishments were.

If they want to call us cheaters, they can. If they want to figure out the truth for themselves, then I recommend they go through our NCAA board and/or read the actual report for themselves with a clear mind. Everything that has been done to Syracuse is an injustice.

To me, "Cheaters" has always meant paying money to get players.

We didn't do that.

Fab Melo and Southerland were both suspended, as per University academic policy. We already paid our penalty with respect to their ineligibility. They were both suspended. This is double jeopardy, in my opinion, to get punished for it again. (Otherwise we should have let Fab Melo play and made another Final Four, dammit!)

Kissel was fired as soon as this was discovered. Again, we took corrective action way before the NCAA did.

Finally, the NCAA found **NOTHING** that we did not report to them ourselves. NOTHING. They hunted us like dogs for 10 years, and they found nothing. Go chew on that for a while.
