I think how things fit together is a huge key for JB and his system. It's the one reason I'm still not entirely sold on this group as a title team (contender, obviously, but I could see sweet 16 or something). I just don't know how well it fits together. Next year I like this setup:
 
Guards
Triche at the two, primarily, with minutes at the one to give MCW a breather
MCW at the one (and I think he's an absolute natural)
Cooney -- shooter off the bench with solid athleticism
 
Forwards
Fair -- in a much more comfortable spot as a full-time 3; probably a bit more range
Rak  -- makes a leap to give at least what Melo has in terms of ppg and rpg, but probably even more rpg
Southerland -- first off the bench, hopefully more consistent shooting, continued development as rebounder/defender.
BK -- redshirt if things work out with Melo/Noel, but if not, solid hustle guy with good size and athleticism
 
Center
Coleman with Keita as the backup. Probably splitting minutes about 20/20
