The ground caused the fumble as the RB lost possession only after he hit the ground - no other player was in contact with the ball carrier only the ground dislodged the ball. The play should've been blown dead immediately due to the defender's contact but it appeared the refs missed the initial contact from the Ravens defender AND ignored the fact that the ball didn't pop out until the guy hit the ground.
