Thanks so much for sharing this. I'll never forget the last tailgate where we all got a chance to thank Alec, wish him well and say so long to the family that became our own.

Make sure they get rid of that scar tissue in the hamstring otherwise the injury will just keep repeating itself. ASTM or massage therapy are two of the best methods for curing those kind of problems.

Dan - He'd probably be game ready in another week or so. Shutting him down on IR for the season will get it more than healed - plus mom wants him doing yoga...

He missed last years NW game because he pulled it during camp last season - don't think it "nagged" him during the season, but he was certainly aware of it - it was "bothering" him a bit before and during the combine/pro day as well, so hopefully whatever treatment he's getting will knock it out...
