NIT might be interesting to watch this year

Can one of the admins move this to the basketball board? I forgot which board I was on.

Your name is M S Orange, millionaire. You own a mansion and a yacht. Say it...

'specially w/ teams like both Michigans, Florida, ucla, ucon all battling it out
(and of course SU if we had a postseason)

Women's basketball has been using 30 seconds for forever. I don't understand the concern of moving men to it. Boggles my mind.

I'd be surprised if MSU didn't make the tourney. They're currently projected as an 8 seed. Knowing Izzo they'll end up as a 4/5 seed and sneak into the Final Four, per usual.

an after losing today at home to Illinois?

Two things I would like to see; why not go to the European lane to open up the paint and then consistently call the body up fouls to make the game more free flowing.

Back to the topic header, why 30 seconds? All I ever hear about is 24 seconds (like nba) or 30 seconds (like the women). there are numbers between. I think 27 is a good compromise. 30 is not a big enough difference ,

The reason there hasnt been urgency from coaches to change the clock is because college coaches are control freaks. the longer the shot clock, the more control they have over what their teams do.
