Agree 100%. Don't mind discussing the Marrone era at Syracuse but the posts when he's doing good or bad are just trolling.

I'm not usually petty about most things. I appreciate what he did in turning around SU when we were at our lowest. But then he bailed. And honestly, I wasn't that mad at the time. I wasn't happy, but I got it. However, over the next three years, he bailed again on my other football team and SU sunk back down close to the depths that GRob had us at. Combine those two things and yeah, I'm gonna be petty. Screw that guy and his over-inflated ego.

1. Hire Dino Babers and keep him here forever.

To be consistently good in the NFL to you need a good QB. You can win one year with an elite defense but it will even off especially with how the NFL rules favor the offense immensely.
I think Marrone is a good pro coach but his loyalists on this board make it hard to root for him.
Blake Bortles sucks. Marrone will get a rookie QB next draft and that will determine his fate.

This is spot on. A few over the top folks on this board where Doug could do no wrong and walked on water. They have way too much talent to be 3-7 (same record as Bills). His seat will get warm if they come out of the gate slow again next year.

Nah...the problem is that when people say, "I like Doug, I think he was a good coach and is still a good coach" some people here hear it as "Doug can do no wrong and walks on water."

He has good talent but not at QB. It's amazing they did what they did last year with Bortles playing. They need to get rid of him and get someone decent (as the Bills know, easier said than done).
