Is Syracuse w/o Fab worse than VCU's team last year? Or Butler? Or even Florida St?

Losing Fab is undoubtedly crushing...but I'm curious to know why people feel this current roster is absolutely in no way capable of making it to the Elite 8 and beyond.

Who knows man, a team with 2 losses loses one player and all the sudden they're bubble team quality.

It's not being worse than VCU in 2011. VCU played like VCU ALL year and improved with their starting 5. We only played a couple of games without Fab and then re-adjusted back to him in the lineup. We will have no practice games without him prior to the tournament.
