We screw up twice in the red zone and he just stands there arm folded chewing with a look on his face that is someplace other than in the moment.  Not really a deer in the headlight kind of look more that of someone trying to remember what they went to the store for. Is he in everyones face? No. Does he head over to his OL and try to fire them up? No.  Does he grab Hack by the scruff of his youthful neck? No. How about sitting down with your QB who does look like a deer caught in headlights? No.
 
Simply put the man lacks the ability to communicate with his team in game situations or worse he thinks that this is the way you lead young men.  Dont get me wrong i dont want some guy like Kelly who screams to the point of a stroke.  Or maybe on second thought it would be nice to be 4-0 against that kind of comp.. Oh well back to Doug. Coach wake up, communicate, lead, and most of all motivate and inspire. That is what your beloved Mac did. He coached with fire and his players played with fire.  Get your head in the game Doug and lead. Find some passion some fire look in the mirror and realize that at the end of the day it starts at the top.
