was i watching the same offense that has played so far this season? What in the hell happened here? Sweep to our slowest back on the 1 inch line... what was this play calling all about?

Hackett seems like a good play caller from the his own 20 yard line to the opponent's 10 yard line. His play calling goes up in smoke inside the 10.

It's tough when you don't have a single playmaker on the roster and need 165 play drives to score points.

Big Ten should take notice of that defense...

They're OK, but good offenses will tear them up, because in college football today good offenses always tear up OK defenses.

I was being facetious - the "announcers" kept saying that while UM was eating our offensive line for dinner.

Well we actually did have at least one completion to Wales and at least one drop. But yeah, not sure I understood the lack of dynamism we've seen in other games.

After four years Maronne still hasn't recruited a quarterback who has been on the field and still hasn't recruited a single game breaker. AND, our recruiting class is again rated last in the awful Big East. There lies the problem.

Nassib, Lemon, Pugh, Sales. Think about it.

We were clearly playing the best defense in the Big Ten, if not the country, if not all time.
I love your post and hate it at the same time.

Yes, but we've already wrapped up our recruiting for 2013 and we're working on the class of 2014. And we wrapped up recruiting early last year too. Somehow that doesn't sound as comforting as it did last fall.

While it's still bad, we're ahead of UConn and Temple in the Big East. NC State, Duke, and Boston College in the ACC. According to 247 sports average star rankings.
