Nope, CJ Fair just doesn't have what it takes to be THE guy

Fair is practically automatic when he can set his feet.

Early in games you can tell he is forcing it. I'm not a big fan of this phrase, but it applies here- he needs to "let the game come to him."

He'll be fine.

Although I might bump the "should we be worried about cj" thread from last year just to troll  :)

He still isn't a guy you can give the ball to and just let him make something happen IMO. The vast majority of his buckets are catch and shoot, or running off screens and taking one dribble and attacking. And that's fine. He's a great player. But that's my definition of a go-to guy, and I don't think he's that kind of player.
There was a point towards the end of the game yesterday where Ennis took the shot clock down to 6, and then got to the rim with no problem at all. I believe he missed the shot, but still a great play and clok management.
