Don't know if the lake freezes there, but the designers should look at what happens when the ice starts to break up. That building might be a little close to shore.

I remember what the wind was like coming off of the lake at SUNY Oswego. Having an athletic complex that close to Lake Michigan would probably dissuade me from wanting to go there.

I was at their campus in Dec right before New Years. They are working on the new Music and Communications school right now. Amazing and giant building. I was blown away my the size and architecture of building.
