I haven't watched a ton of Bama, but I think they can be thrown on.  I think LSU made a mistake by forcing the run as much as they did and not throwing it more.  They've really only faced two good quarterbacks this year, Manziel lit them up, and I think LSU took the ball out of the QB's hand too much.  I think with the excellence FSU has in the passing game, they can pass to open up the run a little, instead of the other way around.
 
I'd be interested to see what UGA or Missouri could do against Alabama in the SEC title game with pretty decent passing attacks, although I don't know that I'd want Alabama to see their defense exposed in a win with a month to correct it.  Better to get USC and grind them out (not that USC is bad throwing the ball, but it's not quite as varied a passing attack I don't think).
 
They would still have to play an A+ game, but I think FSU has a chance.
