Coaches need to establish with the team the roles on who the go to players are, the supplementary players, and the you are mainly out there to cause havoc via aggressive defense, rebounding, movement, passing, and knock down open shots. JJ should be supplementary, so if he is actively making mistakes you sit him. Your go to players need a much larger room for error. This is how I see the team should look:

Go to Players (Most important to less important)
Freeman
George
Kyle
Supplementary (Most important to less important)
Kingz
Betsey
JJ
You are out there to cause havoc via aggressive defense, rebounding, movement, passing, and knocking down open shots (Most important to less important)
