I think it's important they separate revenue purely off of name vs revenue that is because of their enrollment at the school. Allowing for name and likeness independently should 100 pct be allowed. There are going to be complications and bad actors but standard policies can deal with that at the schools.

Now when it comes to the overlap with the NCAA and schools they just need to have a royalties agreement for name and likeness on retail items and related to television revenue. It would take time to work it out but once complete I think that is fair. For those with zero professional aspirations it's probably no more than some work study type of money. For those in bigger schools on TV a lot, their number on a Jersey etc they will get more. Royalties being volume driven only with flat rates per SA. For non school affiliated content it's an open market. These kids will still have to keep grades up, not get in trouble and be model humans or they will face the same consequences as today.
