But that Top Tier can have top to 4 leagues, and certainly should have at least 3. I think SEC and BT want to destroy the ACC, take the ACC schools they want, and then they will 'generously' allow the Big 12 to be in the new Top Tier.

But the ACC could act aggressively and save itself by increasing its TV value a decent amount. That would require starting by cutting dead weight in terms of TV value. Wake has 0 value, and BC not much more than Wake. What the ACC needs much more of is larger state schools located in, or very near to, states with major production of football talent, as well as proven large TV audiences for CFB. Texas Tech, Arizona, and ASU are desperately needed by the ACC. Utah, Cincy, and WVU could all be quite helpful to increasing ACC TV numbers and making its football tougher from top to bottom with more red hot rivalries based on dislike and hate.
