UConn getting two titles when they're nowhere near top 10 in SRS is totally unusual.  I'm not sure where SU would've ended up had they beat UNC and Nova but it probably (maybe) wouldn't have been that much worse than 2014 UConn

final SRS of national champion.  If not for UConn, SU in 03 would've been the "worst" national champion going back at least to 96

Interesting that the 96 team was as "good" as the 03 team
