So I decided to take a look and see just how bad we have been in November. I got depressed and stopped at 10 yrs of records. Over the course of 3 coaches and ten years the November footprint is ugly. Here's hoping for more corner turning this month.

Part of turning the corner is forgetting bad history/remembering good history and winning in spite of recent history. I believe our team has turned that corner and we go at least .500. I hoping for 1.000, but would be happy with .750.

In Doug's 1st three yrs of 2-10 we lacked any kind of depth at any positions, last yr Bailey was worn down by the end of the year. This year could be different with the added depth, we are playing many more players on defense, also more people are playing on offense. We are getting a greater contribution from more players this year. Have to wait and see, but I believe we are close to changing that trend.

Didn't y'all get the notice...they flipped the calendar this year. They got November out of the way in September.;)

This year is very different (but Cincy, Louisville & Missouri might be the toughest opponents other than USC).
In addition to Bailey, Chew and Lemon were limited in November. We had a beat up secondary, lack of size at LB and DT, and we got pushed around in November. The performance versus USF notwithstanding, the 2012 defense is in better shape to compete. The 2012 offense has a better tempo, better schemes, and more weapons at WR and RB. Need to pull some upsets, but why not?
