Here are the actual high temperatures in Syracuse for each day in 2014-2020 compared to the average high, (based on stats that go back to 1901) and the difference that day, + or – as well as a running deficit or surfeit. Here is the website I used for these numbers:
Accuweather has replaced with numbers with a chart that doesn’t give the numbers so I used this:

Comments: Another warm month, (+261 degrees, 21-9 in days) with one of the best stretches of seasonably warm weather we’ve had since I started keeping track of this in 2014: +167 degrees from November 4th -11th. For the first time we’ve reached +1000 degrees for a year!
