If Arkansas can poach the Big 10 coach who led his team to 3 straight Rose Bowls, and Tennessee can't poach the Big 12, the ACC, or now the Big East, that may be too much for that fanbase to handle.

Kirby Smart to Tennessee is so obvious I don't get why he wasn't the guy after Charlie Strong. He is the best assistant in the nation, and has is a protege of Nick Saban. Butch Jones seems like a fit for the B1G not the SEC.

Not saying they shouldn't but they won't. UT just hired Sal Sunseri from Alabama this past season and the defense was a complete disaster.
